  • When is my Completion Date?  

As per the Disclosure Statement, the estimated completion date for Neighbourhood One Towers A & B is between December 1, 2025, and February 28, 2026. For Neighbourhood One Towers C & D, the estimated completion date is between September 1, 2025, and November 30, 2025.

  • Is there anything I should prepare before the completion of my home?

Yes, it is mandatory to have a legal representative to close on your home.

HOMEOWNER ORIENTATION

  • What is the Homeowner Orientation?

The Homeowner Orientation is the only opportunity for you to walk through your home where we review the features and functions of your new home, allowing you to identify any deficiencies and take measurements before the completion date specified in the Agreement of Purchase and Sale. 

  • When is my Homeowner Orientation?

We are estimating Homeowner Orientation appointments to commence in Summer 2025. As soon as your home is ready, you will receive an email invitation to book your appointment, with at least 10 days’ notice. 

  • How long is the Homeowner Orientation appointment?

Your Homeowner Orientation appointment is approximately 90 minutes from arrival to departure.

  • Who can attend the Homeowner Orientation? 

Based on the Disclosure Statement, attendance is limited to the Purchaser(s) on the Agreement of Purchase and Sale and your Realtor, if applicable. Anyone under the age of 18 are not allowed on the construction site. Please arrange for childcare in advance, as children cannot be left unattended in the office. 

  • Where is my Homeowner Orientation? 

Please check in at the RC located at CF Richmond Centre Presentation Centre at your scheduled appointment time. 
The address is 6331 No. 3 Road, Richmond, BC, situated in the CF Richmond Centre shopping center parking lot, across from the Richmond-Brighouse SkyTrain Station. 

A SHAPE Customer Care Representative will provide you with Personal Protective Equipment and guide you through the construction site to your new home.

  • Where do I park for the Homeowner Orientation? 

You can park in any of the reserved parking stalls in front of the Presentation Centre at 6331 No. 3 Road, Richmond, BC. More details will be provided in your Homeowner Orientation Invitation email. 

  • What do I need to prepare for the Homeowner Orientation appointment? 

_Valid government issued photo identification card to check in. 

Please Wear:  
_ T-shirt or long-sleeve shirt covering shoulders (min 6” sleeves)
_ Full length pants without rips or holes
_ Socks  

Optional Items to Bring: 
_ Notepad or your phone to take notes
_ Measuring tape for furniture planning

  • What happens at the Homeowner Orientation appointment? 

_ Check in at your scheduled appointment time
_ Meet your Customer Care Representative, who will provide the necessary safety gear
_ Enter the tower to explore your new home for the first time
_ Review the features and functions of your new home
_ Identify items requiring attention, if applicable
_ Take measurements and photos for furniture planning
_ Sign the Homeowner Orientation Report

  • What if I am unable to attend my Homeowner Orientation?

If you are unable to attend your Homeowner Orientation in person, the following alternative options are available: 
_ Assign a representative to attend the orientation on your behalf
_ Waive your Homeowner Orientation

  • Will I get a copy of the Homeowner Orientation Report with documented action items? 

Yes, a copy of your signed Homeowner Orientation report will be emailed to you.
