  • How do I update my contact information if it differs from what’s listed on the contract?

  • Can I change my completion date?

For any completion date changes, please contact your Legal Representative to request a date change after you have received your official completion notice. All completion date change requests will be facilitated by the Vendor’s solicitor and not through the Developer directly.

  • Do I have to be physically present for any part of the completion process as I will be out of town?

Please discuss the matter with your Legal Representative on the best options for you to complete your home purchase.

  • Can I authorize a designate to collect keys on my behalf?

Yes, you may authorize someone to collect the keys on your behalf. Please ensure the Authorization Form provided in the invitation email is completed prior to your appointment.

  • How do I schedule my appointment?

Similar to the Homeowner Orientation, you will receive an invitation to schedule your Key Pick-Up appointment once your completion notice has been sent. The email will include instructions for booking your appointment to collect your keys.

  • Can I reschedule my Key Pick Up appointment?

Due to the high volume of homes scheduled for completion, we are unable to accommodate rescheduling requests for booked appointments. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please authorize someone to collect the keys on your behalf.

Who can attend the Key Pick Up appointment?

Attendance is limited to the Purchaser(s) on the Agreement of Purchase and Sale and your Realtor, if applicable.

How long is the Key Pick Up appointment?

The appointment is 45 minutes from arrival to departure. Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time to check in. If you missed your appointment, your appointment will be scheduled to a later date depending on availability.

What do I need to bring to my Key Pick Up Appointment?

The only mandatory item to bring to your Key Pick Up Appointment is a valid government issued photo ID to check-in and receive your keys.

When will I receive information about parking and/or storage?

You will receive your parking and/or storage information during your Key Pick Up appointment.

STRATA

  • Who is the strata company for my tower?

The strata company for Neighbourhood Two is AWM – Alliance Real Estate Group.

  • How do I book the elevator for move-in?

Log in to your Strata online community to schedule your move-in. Once logged in, navigate to the “Move-in & Move-out” Calendar under the “Calendars” dropdown menu. Click the “Request Reservation” button and complete your booking.

  • How do I pay for my strata fees?

Instructions on how to set up your strata fee payments will be included in your AWM Welcome Package (pg.7).
