HOMEOWNER ORIENTATION
The Homeowner Orientation is the only opportunity for you to walk through your home where we review the features and functions of your new home, allowing you to identify any deficiencies and take measurements before the completion date specified in the Agreement of Purchase and Sale.
The Homeowner Orientations for Neighbourhood Two have started. As soon as your home is ready, you will receive an email invitation to book your appointment.
Your Homeowner Orientation appointment is approximately 90 minutes from arrival to departure.
Based on the Disclosure Statement, attendance is limited to the Purchaser(s) on the Agreement of Purchase and Sale and your Realtor, if applicable. Anyone under the age of 18 is not permitted on the construction site. Please arrange for childcare in advance, as children cannot be left unattended in the office.
Please check in at the CF Richmond Centre Presentation Centre at your scheduled appointment time.
Located at 6331 No. 3 Road, Richmond, BC, the PC is situated in the CF Richmond Centre shopping centre parking lot, across from the Richmond-Brighouse SkyTrain Station.
A SHAPE Customer Care Representative will provide you with Personal Protective Equipment and guide you through the construction site to your new home.
You can park in any of the reserved parking stalls in front of the Presentation Centre at 6331 No. 3 Road, Richmond, BC. More details will be provided in your Homeowner Orientation Invitation email.
Please ensure you bring a valid government issued photo identification card to check in.
Please Wear:
_T-shirt or long-sleeve shirt covering shoulders (min 6” sleeves)
_Full length pants without rips or holes
_Socks
Optional Items to Bring:
_Notepad or your phone to take notes
_Measuring tape for furniture planning
_Check in at your scheduled appointment time.
_Meet your Customer Care Representative, who will provide the necessary safety gear.
_Enter the tower to explore your new home for the first time.
_Review the features and functions of your new home.
_Identify items requiring attention, if applicable.
_Take measurements and photos for furniture planning.
_Sign the Homeowner Orientation Report.
If you are unable to attend your Homeowner Orientation in person, the following alternative options are available:
_Assign a representative to attend the orientation on your behalf.
_Waive your Homeowner Orientation.
Regardless of the option you choose, you will still have the opportunity to visit your home in person during your Key Pick Up appointment.
Yes, a copy of your signed Homeowner Orientation report will be emailed to you.
