Based at SHAPE Head Office, the IT Support Technician will be the main point of contact for employees who are experiencing computer issues and responsible for maintaining the integrity of all computer equipment, work stations and associated software at SHAPE.

The Corporate Accounting Intern will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day accounting requirements including processing invoices and expenses, preparing detailed accounting schedules and accounting records along with other administrative tasks to contribute to the finance and accounting department.

The Accounting Coordinator - Residential Rental, IPP will be responsible for providing overall administrative, accounting and accounts payable support in order to assist in the overall management of the residential rental real estate portfolio.

The Director of Leasing will manage the leasing team in communicating with prospective tenants, preparing marketing information, and negotiating leases for available spaces within our projects and master-planned communities, whilst successfully conveying our brand and story.

The Manager, Financial Reporting & Tax is responsible for a full spectrum of accounting duties including quarterly and annual financial reporting, corporate tax returns and compliance for multiple real estate investment entities.

The Warranty Administrator will be the front-facing representative of the SHAPE brand while also working behind the scenes to deliver every element of our warranty program.
