ABOUT THE ROLE
Corporate Operations is the backbone that enables all our teams to function seamlessly. As part of the Corporate Operations team and working closely with IT and HR team, the Office + IT Administrator will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth administrative processes and effective communication..
Primary Job Responsibilities
- Professional and courteous handling of telephone calls, e-mail, and in-person inquiries
- Coordinate daily mail and as needed courier services
- Corporate and IT Spending: Ensure invoices for all corporate and IT spending are accounted for and submitted to Accounting bi-weekly. Monthly Reconciliation of corporate and IT spending
- Office organization: Work to maintain a pristine office space including the organization of boardrooms, kitchens, storage and supply room, and order inventory and supplies monthly. Coordinate with employees and third-party contractors as needed to maintain the office condition and keep it presentable and aesthetically pleasing at all times.
- Maintain and organize IT and office equipment, software, subscriptions, and other related services
- Meetings: Assist in scheduling meetings and boardroom bookings, taking meeting minutes, and organizing lunches when necessary
- Onboarding/Offboarding: Work with HR and IT team to assist in IT request form, checklists, user records, and desk setup
- Assist with Tier 0 IT Support, which includes but are not limited to: Help desk monitoring, dispatching, scheduling, self-serve IT support, boardroom AV setup, escalation, and initial service/incident logging
- Assist with planning corporate events and corporate related functions

- Strong organizational and communication skills

- Ability to drive multiple tasks with competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to solve problems and find alternate solutions as needed
- A team player fueled by positive energy and thoughtful urgency
- Highly motivated and driven to execute on team goals and directives
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of IT hardware and software including printers, copiers, scanners, boardroom AV systems is an asset
Required Training and Experience
- 2-3 years of previous administrative experience in a similar role
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
Salary Range: $45,000-55,000/year
